A RETAINER IS REQUIRED TO SECURE YOUR APPOINTMENT AND MUST BE PAID AT THE TIME OF BOOKING (RETAINER GOES TOWARD REMAINING BALANCE). ALL RETAINERS ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.
* Where are you located?
I am located in Augusta, GA. You will receive the address for studio sessions in a confirmation email once you have paid the deposit.
* When should I book?
If you are booking to post on a specific date, unedited proofs are sent out 2-4 days after your session and my turn around time is 7-10 business days AFTER your photos have been selected ( 10-14 DAYS AFTER DURING HOLIDAY SEASON NOVEMBER 1ST-DECEMBER 31ST.. There is a $100 rush fee for photos to be delivered within 4-5 days after photo selection. $150 for 2-3 days after. For a 24 hour photo turn around the fee is $200 and I will pick the photos.
* What if I am running late?
You have a grace period of 10 minutes IF you have contacted Goddess Photography about your tardiness. If you have not contacted GoddessPhotographyy your appointment will be canceled. If you are 15+ minutes late of your allotted shoot time, you will be assessed a late fee of $25.00. Your card can automatically be charged for this fee. (Be mindful that your shoot may not be the only one that day). Session end times will not be extended to accommodate client lack of punctuality. If you are 20+ minutes late of your allotted shoot time, your appointment will be canceled, and your card will be automatically charged for the remaining balance.
* What if I need to rebook?
You are allowed to reschedule ONCE at no additional cost if a 72 hr notice has been given.
Rebooking can be done through your confirmation email before 72 hours of your session. There is a mandatory reschedule/inconvenience fee of $50.00 to reschedule your shoot if within 72hrs of your allotted shoot time. The inconvenience fee PLUS your invoice needs to be paid in full before the session can be rebooked.
ONLY IF IT IS AN EMERGENCY (such as early pregnancies or sickness) will your deposit will be held for 60 days after your original shoot date.
IF A CREDIT IS GIVEN ;
- YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO LATER CHANGE YOUR MIND, OR ASK FOR A REFUND.
- IT IS A COURTESY NOT AN OBLIGATION; WHEN A RETAINER IS PAID IT IS NON-REFUNDABLE AS WELL AS SET DESIGN COSTS AND FEES
- 60 DAY POLICY IS EXTENDED ONLY FOR LIFE THREATENING EMERGENCIES AND PROOF WILL NEED TO BE PROVIDED, AS WELL AS A DR NOTE.
* What if I need to cancel?
Appointments can be canceled through your confirmation email before 72 hours of your booked session. Appointments canceled, for any reason, within 72 hours of your session will be charged 50% of your balance.
*IF A NOTICE IS NOT GIVEN PRIOR TO YOUR SESSION, your card will be charged the remaining balance and you will be blocked from booking with Goddess Photography.
If rebooking or cancelation policies are not followed then you will be blocked from booking again.
* How long will my photos be available to download?
All online galleries remain available for download for 14 DAYS ONLY.***
After 14 days your gallery will no longer be available. Gallery expiration dates will be on your final gallery email.
I do not hold proofs for more than 14 days. If you have not selected your images within 14 days of your session date, you images will no longer be available.
After photo selection takes place and selected images are edited, all unselected images are deleted and you will no longer have access to them.
* I DO NOT PROVIDE RAW (unedited images). EXCEPTIONS ARE HOLIDAY MINIS AND SMASH CAKE SESSIONS. AN ADDITIONAL FEE OF $100 will be charged via Zelle
